★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden vom vermieter empfangen, obwohl kein Kontakt besteht, alleine check-in und Check-out.
Der vermieter erklärte uns kurz alle details und überlies uns den Schlüssel.
Vermieter ist sehr bemüht es einem gemütlich und konfortabel zu machen. Bei Defekte und unklarheiten war er immer Telefonisch erreichbar und bereit zu helfen und lösungen zu finden.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus am schatten eines Olivensbaum.
Unsere Wohnung war im zweiten Stock, ohne Lift.
Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie ideal, geräumige Zimmer, Wohn/ess bereich offen, mit zugang zum Balkon.
Küche minimal ausgestattet, je nach bedürfnis der selbstversorgung evtl noch eine kleine Pfanne mitnehmen.
Putzmittel und utensilien bei einem längerem aufenthalt auch mitnehmen.
Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, je nach Saison ersatz Duschtücher mitnehmen, da die nicht so schnell trocknen wenn es kühl und feucht ist.
Die Wohnung war jetzt im April recht kühl, die Heizung heizte nicht gut die grossen hohe Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 minuten zu Fuss entfernt vom See, dort finden sie Bars, Restaurants, kleinere Geschäfte und Gelaterias.
Die Seepromenade ist für gemütliche, sonnige abende sehr schön.
Am Dienstag ist da der grosse Markt.
Mit dem Auto gelangen sie zu verschiedene einkaufsgeschäfte, für Lebensmittel zur Esselunga, bei schlechtem Wetter und bei bummellaune zum Zenter il leone fahren, ca 10 minuten.
Für nach Sirmione empfehle ich das Schiff oder Bus zu nehmen, sie ersparen sich den ärger mit Parkplatz suche.
In der Region gibt es viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten,
Gardaland, Parco natura viva, Moviepark, Outlet Franciacorta, und natürlich die ganzen schöne Orte am Gardasse.
Mit Kindern ganz schön,Seepromenade von Lazise nach Bardolino mit verschiedenen Spielplätze auf der Strecke.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the lake, where you will find bars, restaurants, small shops and gelaterias.
The lake promenade is very nice for cozy, sunny evenings.
On Tuesday there is the big market.
By car you can drive to various shops, for groceries to the Esselunga, in bad weather and if you are in the mood for a stroll to the center il leone, about 10 minutes.
For Sirmione I recommend taking the boat or bus, you save yourself the hassle of looking for a parking space.
There are many excursion possibilities in the region,
Gardaland, Parco natura viva, Moviepark, Outlet Franciacorta, and of course all the beautiful places on Lake Garda.
Quite nice with children, lakeside promenade from Lazise to Bardolino with various playgrounds along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Apartment. Hatten eine wunderschöne Woche hier. Aufgrund von Krankheit, konnten wir unsere Reise nicht wie geplant antreten. Es war kein Problem, um zwei Tage zu verschieben. Sehr Familienfreundlich und sauber, von der Lage her perfekt. In 5 bis 10 min ist man im Zentrum und Hafen/ See und die Ecke ist sehr ruhig.
Very nice apartment. Had a wonderful week here. Due to illness, we could not start our trip as planned. It wasn't a problem to move two days. Very family-friendly and clean, perfect location. In 5 to 10 minutes you are in the center and the harbor / lake and the corner is very quiet.
