CATASTROPHIQUE. Nous avons été laissé à la rue par nos hôtes !!! Nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes en retard, simplement le temps de trouver une place de parking et nous voilà sans hébergement. On a essayé d’appeler, d’envoyer des messages ainsi que d’appeler. Aucune réponse. Ils ont préféré lâchement annuler la réservation (sans nous rembourser un centime évidemment) que de nous répondre. Laissez à l’abandon, nous avons dû trouver un autre logement d’urgence à Côme… À FUIR !!!

Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι απατεώνας,ζήτησα άφιξη 2 ώρες αργότερα και δεν μου απάντησε ούτε στα τηλ ούτε στα μηνύματα,παρά μόνο λίγη ώρα πριν φτάσω στο δωμάτιο. Δεν μου έστειλε pin για να ανοίξω το δωμάτιο και δεν μου επέστρεψε τα χρήματα πίσω. Έχασα τα χρήματα μου. Το σπίτι είναι ένα παλιό σπίτι,μην το προτιμήσετε ποτέ.

Se ci fossero più di 5 stelle gliele darei!!! Appartamento bellissimo, tutto ristrutturato, funzionale, pulito ed elegante. Con vista Duomo, si trova in pieno centro. Il ragazzo che gestisce le prenotazioni è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Quando torneremo a Como sicuramente torneremo qui!

Inconsiderate and ugly host. We booked and payed in advance a night at the department. Because of bad traffic we arrived 30min after the check-in time and, although we had communicated that in advance, he left me and my family out of the department. We do not recommend booking here.

The location would have been great and perhaps also the inside...unfortunately I was cancelled the booking by the host 5 min before arrival, leaving me and my children under a Summer storm. I informed the day before I would have arrived around 5-6 pm and my journey, due to some traffic in the area, was slightly delayed. I parked at 6.15pm. At that point I’ve got a Tex with the cancellation of the booking. I’ve tried to call them immediately and ask to open the door or come back but they blocked all my call and WhatsApp messages. I would have expected a call before cancelling the booking at that time fo the day. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Sorry it went this way but I’d certainly avoid next time

WARNING - DO NOT STAY - DESPITE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON BOOKING.COM - what you are not seeing on Booking is the many people the owners of this apartment have essentially scammed and then blocked from reviewing them on Booking.com. If you’ve already booked this apartment and have come to Google to pin the property…well, god speed - I hope you make it to Como before 6pm or else you’ll be left on the street like a stray dog. Appalling experience with the owner of this apartment. As an honest mistake I didn’t know about their 6pm check-in time limit (I’ve never even heard of such an early check in closure before?!). I contacted the host on the day of arrival to let them know I was running a bit later than expected (I explained this was due to having a sick, screaming 5-month old baby in the car and having to stop multiple times to comfort him on the long drive to Como from France). The owner refused to allow us access to the apartment at 7pm, even though someone was available to let us in, AND they also refused to give me a refund, leaving the apartment empty and unused but charging me the full price anyway. This left me and my feverish baby stranded with no internet access and so I then spent hours walking around Como trying to find affordable accommodation. I have no idea why it matters whether we entered the apartment at 6pm or 7pm, and was given no explanation. I obviously can’t speak for the apartment itself because I never even made it inside, but please don’t give your money to this type of person. Truly a terrible welcome to Italy.
