★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only the worst pizza I have had in Italy, but definitely the worst pizza I have ever had. Also, the Caffè played loud, unfitting music throughout the lunch, which was annoying. Eye of the Tiger by Survivor kills the mood when sittiling in front of an Italian cathedral. Just make sure to avoid this restaurant.

Waited for over 1.5 h for a pizza and carbonara, which were both extremely underwhelming…. Drinks were okay-ish, but not very good. Overpriced, not tasty, long waits even though the place was not even half-full.
The view is nice, but not worth the price you pay.
Staff was ok, not rude with us.

The service is slow, the waiters are impolite, the Toast Duomo had no taste, and my cappuccino got forgotten 2 times and was then brought... completely cold. The only good part of this place was the very nice hostess who spoke French with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and the most plain and uninspiring food, particularly given the price. It took ages for us to have our order taken, ages again for the food to arrive - over half an hour. When finished, we told a number of different waiters (and the hostess) that we needed the bill ASAP as we were catching the train and we were waiting over twenty minutes for it to arrive, despite asking again and again! Complained at the end about service and quality of food and no effort was made to amend the bill in light of this. Avoid this place - a pure tourist trap.
