S	Salvatore Brischetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sgarbato poco chiari nelle prenotazioni ,arredamento da guerra poco pulito il bagno in miniatura tv non funzionante lampadine fulminate senza Wi-Fi prezzo esageratamente alto molto lontano dalla spiaggia gradini di accesso alla camera altissimi e stretti e tutto poco illuminato . Non lo consiglio . Rude staff unclear in reservations, unclean war furniture the miniature bathroom TV not working burned out bulbs without Wi-Fi exaggeratedly high price very far from the beach very high and narrow steps to access the room and all poorly lit. I don't recommend it.

La struttura non si prende nessuna responsabilità né si preoccupa minimamente. Dovranno rispondere legalmente. State alla larga!!!!!!! Dopo aver ricevuto la mail di cancellazione provo a chiamare e mi chiedono di aspettare perché mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Dopo un paio d'ore decido di contattarli direttamente qui su Google. Il signor Aldo si degna di rispondere dicendo che ha trovato una soluzione: una bella camera per il giorno stesso, giovedì, quando io ho prenotato per il sabato. Impossibilitato chiedo una soluzione per il sabato dato che ho altri impegni per la giornata e mi risponde in maniera scortese dicendo che lui non può fare nulla. Avessi letto le recensioni per tempo non avrei neanche prenotato, pessimo. Reservation canceled on Thursday for Saturday after locking the room at hotels.com 20 days prior. Inoltre abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora, prima che qualcuno venisse ad aprirci. C'era un problema con la maniglia e la donna delle pulizie cercava di ripararla. Di notte un casino totale, strade molto chiassose non si dorme. Panorama molto carino. Andiamo a fare il check presso l'albergo localizzato in un posto diverso rispetto alla struttura e ci avvisano, chiaramente dopo aver pagato 92 euro una notte, che la colazione non era inclusa contrariamente a quanto indicato nell'annuncio perché il bar è chiuso, giustamente perché si dovrebbe chiamare bed and breakfast? Va bene, entriamo in stanza e arriva il peggio, la camera non è pulita con peli e capelli nella doccia e nel lavabo con muffa diffusa, inoltre le veneziane che danno sulla strada più illuminata del paese sono rotte e non chiudono. In sintesi, uno dei peggiori posti dove ho alloggiato, lo sconsiglio vivamente. Il tutto dovuto a presunti disguidi dovuti alle tubature. Il proprietario risponde solo dopo vari tentativi di chiamate, poco professionale. Even though you call for a problem, they don't come. Television there is only a channel. They made a major price that did in booking and there are no service. Personals and directors are really impolite. It is not a good spot for the city of Scilla. The major had to close them, in order to not make a bad spot for the city. My One star has to be considered 0.null
