β β β β β We had an amazing weekend there! The hotel is beautiful, the room is huge, super clean, modern and organized. The staff is friendly and speak Italian and English. They gave us some tips about the city and it was very helpful. The Breakfast is delicious, with so much diversity. Definitely recommend this place! Want to bring family and friends over for more weekends like that!!

β β β β β Great location and helpful personnel. Our room was placed on the first floor, behind the hotel, in a kind of patio. The room and the bath were almost in the dark. There was an awful noise above our room from other guests that made it hard to rest. Strange smell in the room. Quality lower than expected by the price. I would not stay again.

β β β β β This is a lovely boutique hotel that reaches above its 4-star official hotel rating. Situated high in Upper Bergamo, the rooms were lovely and very clean, the staff were exceptionally helpful and the location pretty much ideal; tucked a short walk downhill from one of the main squares, which leads you to the delight of this very historic town.
My review sounds poetic because the experience was. The management and staff have very successfully rearranged their services to function well in this βNot-Quite-Post-COVID Worldβ. They even proactively sent instructions for how to use a Google Maps to get to the hotel, because Google has incorrect instructions for access.
We will definitely be back.

Cosy environment, great selection of fresh food individually prepared for breakfast. Service with a smile from all the staff.

β β β β β Lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and modernly decorated. The staff was great and helped with everything I needed. Unfortunately I arrived on Tuesday when the restaurant was closed.

β β β β β The location is great, near the gates to citta Alta where everything is just a few minutes walk.
The breakfast was very nice, the menu offered a wide range of drinks and food (savory and sweet).
But the best thing about this hotel is the staff and service - very helpful and kind. From the moment we arrived they presented all of their recommendations and how to get around. Reception is open 24h, and always welcoming.
A cute hotel, very recommended!
