Ci hanno offerto da bere e da mangiare, abbiamo fatto un tuor del negozio e ci hanno anche omaggiato con delle bustine gratis. Molto consigliato sopratutto per i giochi da tavolo e di carte collezionabili. Friendly and helpful staff. My company of friends and I happened by chance at the inauguration party and we were treated very well. They offered us a drink and a meal, we made a shop tour and even gave us free bags. Very recommended especially for board games and trading cards.

Ci sono altri negozi ma quello che distingue questa attività dalle altre, è la vera passione che traspare in ogni momento dai proprietari e gestori. Si tratta di veri appassionati che mettono in quello che fanno grande entusiasmo, andando ben oltre quelli che sono i normali obblighi e doveri di un gestore di un luogo di questo tipo. Basta entrare per respirare un'aria diversa, una serenità e una situazione familiare che ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. Dimenticatevi i negozi nei quali ti senti guardato a vista, spinto a comprare a tutti i costi, maltrattato se provi solo a scambiare carte o a consultare amici e altri clienti per acquistare maniera privata carte singole o altri oggetti da collezione. In questo negozio trovi invece le regole di buon senso che ti aspetteresti che anche tu applicheresti. E ti stupisci che anche gli altri non facciano lo stesso. Le Fiamme di Pompei is a shop linked to the world of comics, collectible card games and board games, one of a kind. There are other shops but what distinguishes this business from the others is the true passion that transpires in every moment from the owners and managers. These are real enthusiasts who put great enthusiasm into what they do, going far beyond the normal obligations and duties of a manager of a place of this type. Just enter to breathe a different air, a serenity and a family situation that make you feel immediately at ease. Forget the shops in which you feel watched on sight, pushed to buy at all costs, abused if you just try to exchange cards or consult friends and other customers to buy individual cards or other collectibles privately. In this shop you will find the common sense rules that you would expect that you too would apply. And you are amazed that others do not do the same.
A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In negozio il personale è disponibile e sufficientemente formato sui manga, tuttavia se mandate loro una email (nonostante l'abbiano letta), non riceverete quasi mai risposta. Al telefono spesso dicono di "passare in negozio"... Se avessi la possibilità e tempo, non chiamerei, ci verrei... Ma proprio per questo esistono email e telefono, no? :) Ho chiesto diversi volumi nel tempo, tra arretrati "recenti" e un pò più di nicchia, tutti disponibili sui siti ufficiali: da loro, mai ricevuto uno. In negozio, seppur curato ed abbastanza spazioso, il reperimento e disponibilità di manga sono abbastanza scarni. Tanti titoli "commerciali" ed ultime uscite, e poco di più. In circa 8 mesi di attesa, non sono riscuti a procurarmi alcuni volumi che, invece, un'altra fumetteria mi ha fatto avere dopo una decina di giorni. Andate quindi solo se cercate le ultimissime uscite. Altrimenti, se sono arretrati anche solo di un mese prima, evitate... o vi potreste ritrovare ad attendere INVANO per quasi 1 anno, per poi doverli cercare altrove (e fortunatamente, nel mio caso, trovati senza prezzi da bagarini) In the shop the staff are helpful and sufficiently trained on manga, however if you send them an email (despite having read it), you will almost never receive an answer. On the phone they often say to "go to the shop" ... If I had the opportunity and time, I would not call, I would come ... But that's exactly why there is an email and a telephone, right? :) I asked for several volumes over time, between "recent" back issues and a little more niche, all available on the official sites: from them, never received one. In the shop, albeit well-kept and spacious enough, the procurement and availability of manga are quite meager. Many "commercial" titles and latest releases, and little more. In about 8 months of waiting, they are not redeemed to get me some volumes that, instead, another comic shop gave me after about ten days. So only go if you are looking for the latest releases. Otherwise, if they are overdue even a month earlier, avoid ... or you could find yourself waiting in vain for almost 1 year, only to have to look for them elsewhere (and fortunately, in my case, found without touts prices)
