S	Serena D'Agostino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort???????? Forse un giorno quando il progetto che abbiamo visto alla reception verrà realizzato e quando i servizi verranno adeguati. Abbiamo pagato 250€ un solo pernottamento per avere il nulla (nei 250€ non volevano includere neanche la prima colazione). Sicuramente il posto in cui sorge questa mini struttura è magnifico, ma tutto quello che si vede sui social e l’enorme pubblicità che viene fatta non corrispondono alla realtà. Aggiungiamo anche la poca preparazione e professionalità del personale, a partire dal signore che ti riceve quando arrivi con la macchina al cancello principale per finire alla cameriera che quando ho chiesto un contorno per il tonno grigliato che avevo ordinato mi ha risposto “c’è già la cipolla sopra al tonno è quello il contorno”. Concludo sottolineando il fatto che nessuno del personale indossava le mascherine a cominciare dal responsabile. Sconsigliatissimooooooooooooooo Resort ???????? We paid € 250 for one night only to have nothing (in € 250 they didn't even want to include breakfast). Surely the place where this mini structure is located is magnificent, but everything you see on social media and the huge advertising that is made do not correspond to reality. We also add the lack of preparation and professionalism of the staff, starting from the gentleman who receives you when you arrive by car at the main gate to finish with the waitress who when I asked for a side dish for the grilled tuna I had ordered replied "it's already there the onion over the tuna is the side dish ”. A	Arianna Perego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato per un intero mese una postazione (ombrellone con due sdraio) nel lido del resort e usufruito dei servizi piscina e ristorazione disponibili in struttura. Le castella resort & beach si trova in uno dei tratti più belli della costa dei Saraceni e precisamente a dieci minuti di cammino dalla spiaggia del Sovereto, definita da molti una delle spiagge più belle del mediterraneo. A nostro avviso, le Castella resort & beach offre una delle migliori proposte ricettive di quel territorio per le seguenti motivazioni : - Cordialità e cortesia di tutto lo staff. - Rispetto rigoroso delle normative anti covid, su distanziamento e affollamento. - servizi igienici sempre trovati puliti ed igienizzati. - I prezzi sono coerenti alla qualità dei servizi offerti. Il fiore all'occhiello della struttura è il ristorante situato a bordo di una splendida piscina e con un panorama veramente suggestivo che regala un meraviglioso scorcio di mar ionio. Allo chef e alla sua brigata vanno i nostri più sinceri ringraziamenti per aver allietato i nostri pranzi domenicali, proponendoci piatti sempre a base di pescato del giorno, lavorato con semplicità e maestria dallo chef e servito al tavolo da una splendida coppia di camerieri sempre cordiali e sorridenti. Per tutto quanto detto abbiamo deciso di riconfermare la nostra presenza anche per la prossima stagione. P.s. Complimenti al signor Antonio e alla signora Fabiano per quanto realizzato, nonostante l'emergenza sanitaria ancora in corso. Grazie di tutto famiglia Muraca da Lecco (Lc). We rented a station (umbrella with two deck chairs) in the resort beach for a whole month and made use of the pool and restaurant services available in the structure. Le castella resort & beach is located in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Costa dei Saraceni and precisely a ten minute walk from the Sovereto beach, defined by many as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. In our opinion, Le Castella resort & beach offers one of the best accommodation proposals in that area for the following reasons: - Friendliness and courtesy of all the staff. - Strict compliance with anti-covid regulations, on distancing and crowding. - toilets always found clean and sanitized. - Prices are consistent with the quality of the services offered. The flagship of the structure is the restaurant located on the edge of a splendid swimming pool and with a truly suggestive panorama that offers a wonderful glimpse of the Ionian Sea. Our sincere thanks go to the chef and his brigade for having enlivened our Sunday lunches, offering us dishes always based on the catch of the day, worked with simplicity and skill by the chef and served at the table by a splendid couple of always friendly and smiling. For all of the above we have decided to reconfirm our presence also for next season. P.s. Congratulations to Mr. Antonio and Mrs. Fabiano for what has been achieved, despite the ongoing health emergency. Thanks for everything Muraca family from Lecco (Lc).

Disagio assurdo e mancanza di comunicazione tra il personale. Third world service, pizza after 13/14 hours and moreover wrong. Exceptional sea, otherwise no comment, incredible !!! Absurd discomfort and lack of communication between staff.

Cocktail buoni… Tutto bene con il pranzo, molto garbato colui che ha preso la nostra ordinazione e di conseguenza serviti fino alla fine… avrei messo una buona recensione se non fosse accaduto un episodio spiacevolissimo. Nel pomeriggio un dipendente del resort ha tenuto occupato l’unico bagno delle signore per oltre 40 minuti …. Alla fine quando ha finito i suoi comodi ha aperto la porta e sono usciti lui ed una sua amica, forse sua ospite, perché non ha fatto altro che bere da mattina fino a sera…. Per di più non si sono neanche scusati… Mi dispiace per i titolari che secondo me non meritano certi dipendenti…. Vergognoso. Relaxing Sunday…. In the afternoon, an employee of the resort kept the only ladies' bathroom occupied for over 40 minutes .... In the end, when he finished his comfort, he opened the door and he and a friend of his, perhaps his guest, went out, because he did nothing but drink from morning until evening…. What's more, they haven't even apologized… I'm sorry for the owners who, in my opinion, don't deserve certain employees…. Shameful.
G	Giuliocesare Porco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi rivolgo hai proprietari della struttura e del lido Mi vergogno ad essere calabrese dopo il trattamento che mi ha riservato il lido…andato a mangiare al lido un insalata con la mia famiglia perché quasi non c’era altro.dopo un’ora di attesa ne arrivano solo tre invece di quattro perché i pomodori erano finiti e nessuno si è preoccupato di venirmi incontro…ordino allora una pizza e dopo altri 30 min ancora niente….ho dovuto alzarmi e andarmene e mi sento dire avere ragione…senza poter mangiare….pessimo servizio non vi lamentate se non arriva gente perché siamo ancora alla clave….. Where you can walk in the soft sand for kms or play around the rocks. Le Castella town is a short drive from the resort where there is a good choice of restaurants and if course the Castle.
