★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables, son confiables y nada intrusivos. El apartamento está bien equipado y bastante aceptable. Funciona todo bien, y han sido muy correctos. La ubicación no es centrica, pero es mejor porque se hace menos conflictivo aparcar, y el centro de Palermo, para quien lo sepa disfrutar de noche....
Hay cerca para comprar, pero tampoco es barato, ni excesivamente caro. El aire acondicionado, cocina, nevera, lavadora, agua caliente, wifi, todo bien. Toallas, ropa de cama, cubertería cafetera, todo limpio.
 Very friendly, they are reliable and not intrusive. The apartment is well equipped and quite acceptable. Everything works well, and they have been very correct. The location is not central, but it is better because it becomes less conflictive to park, and the center of Palermo, for those who know how to enjoy it at night ....
There are close to buy, but neither is cheap, nor too expensive. The air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, hot water, wifi, all good. Towels, linens, coffee maker, everything clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel condominio. Proprietari cortesi, lo stesso vale per il portiere. Appartamento ben pulito. Wi-Fi funzionante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A soli 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Manca il salone, vi è la cucina abitabile. Non ben insonorizzato, si sentivano i rumori provenienti da un appartamento vicino e il weekend il frastuono del bar sotto casa. I letti potrebbero essere migliori. Nell'insieme lo consiglio.
Nice condominium. Friendly owners, the same goes for the doorman. Well clean apartment. Working Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money. Just 20 minutes walk from the city center. The living room is missing, there is the eat-in kitchen. Not well soundproofed, you could hear the noises coming from a nearby apartment and at the weekend the din of the bar downstairs. The beds could be better. Overall I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az apartman nagyon szépen berendezett, hangulatos erkèllyel és virágokkal , viszont a zajos éjszakai élet csukott ablakoknál is nagyon behallatszik.
The apartment is very nicely furnished with a cozy balcony and flowers, but the noisy nightlife can be heard from the closed windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The part of Case de Frelli I stayed in is an appartment with two seperate bedrooms, kitchen and spacious bathroom.
The appartment has a small balcony, washing machine, a lot of daylight and AC. The kitchen is well equiped - gas stove, electric oven, fridge, small freezer box, micro vawe oven.
The house is very nice and quite.
We stayed here for 2.5 weeks and had a great time inside the appartment and around the city of Palermo.
Downtown Palermo is 10-15 min walk from the door.

We spent a week here, everything is all right, it is clean and Manfredi (houselord) is very helpful.
The grocery store is within 1 min., the bakery is within 5 min. walking.
In case of travelling by car note that in this area you have to pay parking fee. But in front of the building we always found free of charge places.
