Da segnalare anche i tonnarelli che, fatti con una ricetta semplice come la cacio & pepe, sono la fine del mondo. Simpatici (e molto appassionati a quello che fanno) i proprietari. Bellissima la location dell'azienda.
The amber beer is exceptional: balanced, drinkable, just what you need to quench your thirst in summer. Also noteworthy are the tonnarelli which, made with a simple recipe like cacio & pepe, are the end of the world. Friendly (and very passionate about what they do) the owners. The location of the company is beautiful.
