★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Cafe' is the perfect place to grab a panini and coffee and relax, especially if you get up early in the morning to hit the road and realize two hours into your trip that you left a bag back at the hotel and you had to return and now it's noon and your already tired and hungry and you need a panini and coffee to relax a bit before hitting the road again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having 4 coffees we wanted to pay by card (€5,20) but we were only allowed to pay by card if the bill was over €10,-. The only option was to be charged €10 so were ‘allowed’ to pay by card. Really unacceptable, it is 2019, people pay electronically!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. We were just passing on our way back to our hotel and bought two small cans of coke from the fridge and were charged €2.50 for each. Worst service experience in Florence since we arrived two days ago. The server asked 'Are you on holiday? What difference should that make (tourist prices perhaps?). We handed her €5 and she walked off with no mention of cost or a even thank you. I got the impression that if I'd given her €20 she'd have done the same. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get a coffee in the morning. This is a typical neighborhood bar servicing regular Florentine citizens. There were no tourists, a refreshing change for Florence. Service was good and the place looked clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately i cant recommend this cafe. they sold me a cappuccino for 3,50, which is more than twice the price you pay anywhere else, just because they knew we were tourists. the coffee was mediocre, the worst i've had during this trip to italy and the waitress didn't wear a mask and was very grumpy.
