Veramente luxury home. Curata nei minimi particolari. Collocata in una piccola piazza tranquilla nel centro dell'isola di Ortigia. Camere da hotel 5 stelle.

Stabile ristrutturato e molto elegante curato nei dettagli con stile. Situato in una graziosa piazza dell'antica Ortigia dove si respira i profumi della Sicilia.

Pratique particulièrement déroutante et peu professionnelle que de demander (une fois qu'ils ont pris la peine de vous contacter) à vos clients d'aller chercher la clef en autre lieu, lieu où il nous aura fallu par ailleurs négocier pour obtenir les clefs auprès d'une seconde personne au demeurant peu aimable... surprenant. Ne l'est pas moins l'absence totale de ménage, les douches froides ou encore les demandes hallucinantes du proprio qui en plein milieu de la soirée vous indique que, je cite "you must return back immediatedly to the apartment, other guest are waiting for you to open the door !!". Euh comment dire ??? Premièrement il serait peut-être bon d'expliquer la chose en amont et surtout en vacances je n'ai pas pour habitude de payer pour me voir ensuite demander de faire le boulot du proprio. A éviter, surtout pour ce prix.

E’ la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo bell’appartamento a chi non manca proprio nulla. Ubicato al centro della bellissima isola di Ortigia. La prima volta e’ stato un po’ scomodo il check in. Ma da quella volta la gestione è passata nelle mani di professionisti del settore che non fanno rimpiangere di non essere in un 4 stelle lusso. Complimenti

Bellissimo B&B situato nel cuore di Ortigia. Il mio soggiorno di 5 notti è stato davvero piacevole e confortevole. Proprietari professionali e sempre disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment is nicely decorated, stylish and bright. But don't be fooled by the pictures because it's not confortable at all: the bedroom is separated from the main room where the ac is located, result is that it's super hot in the bedroom even if we put ac on max capacity all night the cold air doesn't really get to reach the bedroom. The square the rooms are facing is normally quiet but since the windows are not doubled we can hear everything: dogs barking, cats meowing, scooters, people who live in the apartment above. In all we had 2 bad nights sleep. There's not bidet (probably not essential for everyone but surprising for an Italian home). But above all that, the host (don't even know his name) is absolutely not helpful. We booked this B&B (well actually just one B because breakfast is not included) mainly due to its proximity to Talete parking so that we don't have to struggle with our luggage to get to the house. But after several attempt to reach the host by call and by text with the number given by Booking.com we noticed that the number is deactivated. Finally when we managed to reach him by Booking.com message plateforme, he told us to get our keys from another place which is located 600m away!!! We ended up walking 1.2km with our luggages which was what I wanted to avoid in the first place by booking here! It's very rude and unprofessional to ask the guest to get keys by themselves in another place anyway!! He didn't give us any instruction about the room either. For example we didn't know that there's a switch in the bathroom to switch on the furnace so we took our first shower with cold water. We stayed 2 nights and had no room cleaning, so no refill of shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper. One day we even received a message from the host saying that we need to go back immediately to open the main door downstairs for other guests and we are not supposed to close the door. First, we didn't get any instruction not to close the door. Second, intuitively people tend to close the door for safety rather than not closing it. The cherry on top: there is a male's short lying on the chair when we got to our apartment. Thanks for this experience which is so far the worst stay in Sicily during our 2 weeks trip and none the least expensive.
