D	Danilo Mazzarini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo affittato, insieme ad amici, per una settimana questi appartamenti situati tra i vecchi vicoli di Ortigia quindi situati in posizione privilegiata per visitare l'isola. Abbiamo trovato gli appartamenti puliti, ordinati e gestiti ottimamente da dei ragazzi. L'unica pecca sono i box doccia un po' piccoli. We rented these apartments together with friends for a week in the old alleys of Ortigia and then located in a privileged position to visit the island. We found the apartments clean, tidy and very well managed by the kids. The only flaw is the small shower stalls.

Appartamenti silenziosi, tutti accuratamente ristrutturati ed arredati, tutti con air/con. L'appartamento Ulisse ha doppio terrazzo di cui uno adibito a solarium. Il gestore (Ivan) e i suoi collaboratori sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo. Central location a stone's throw from the Temple of Apollo and the parking lots at the entrance to Ortigia. Quiet apartments, all carefully restored and furnished, all with air / with. The Ulisse apartment has a double terrace, one of which is used as a solarium. The manager (Ivan) and his collaborators are very kind and extremely available for every need. Highly recommended.
A	AleArca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gestori hanno dato la disponibilità dell'appartamento prima del previsto, sononstati disponibili alle 8.30 delattino... La location è graziosa e confortevole. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare struttura perché si è rotta l'aria condizionata. Ivan, uno dei gestori, dapprima si è precipitato per cercare di risolvere il problema e poi, quando purtroppo si è capito che era irrisolvibile, si è adoperato per trovarci un'altra sistemazione, addirittura allo stesso prezzo...anzi qualcosa di meno. Ci ha omaggiato una bottiglia di vino per il disguido...e inoltre ci ha accompagnato in machina alla nuova sistemazione... Che dire.... consigliamo vivamente questa struttura, gestita da persone serie e professionali; situata in un'ottima posizione, vicina a zona si parcheggi.. The managers gave the availability of the apartment earlier than expected, they were available at 8.30 am ... The location is nice and comfortable. Unfortunately we had to change the structure because the air conditioning broke. Ivan, one of the managers, at first rushed to try to solve the problem and then, when unfortunately it was understood that it was unsolvable, he worked to find us another accommodation, even at the same price ... indeed something less. He gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience ... and also accompanied us by car to the new accommodation ... What can I say .... we highly recommend this structure, managed by serious and professional people; located in an excellent position, close to the parking area.

A	Annamaria Scirè on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the apartment is perfect...in the heart of the historic city centre, only a 5 min walking to Piazza Duomo . The residence is easy to find and the guys also offered us to reserve a free space for our car. The apartmant is really nice-spacy, perfectly clean and with EVERYTHING you need to feel at home. The best thing you can do is sitting on the terrace with a nice glass of cold white wine. We felt very welcomed and we also found on our bed, with the bath towels some "pasta di mandorla" (typical sicilian almond biscuit). The guy who looked after us for the check-in is very professional and polite. He gave us all the information we needed (from the transports to places where to eat). We will definitely come back a d recommend this place to our friends. Grazie

Centrally located within easy reach of everything on the island, however there is no car access to the apartment so plan ahead and take on board the advice Calipso give. The place is a great size with two amazing terraces. There is a good kitchen, nice sized bedroom and nice modern bathroom. Everything you need for two people. The host Ivan was very welcoming and helpful, plus the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Great value too!
