★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon this place when coming back from Santa Maria Maggiore and what a find! A broad range of things to eat at a great price (I had sauteed mussels and they were amazing for the price!) . They have milkshakes but on the bar menu but you can still ask for one (it's not the culture in Europe to have milkshakes with your meals so they may look at you a bit funny)! They do lots of seafood and they're really good- food and service are great so if you want to go somewhere to eat, come here (as we did twice)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like Le 2 Colonne was a successful attempt of ours to find a place that wasn't too heavily influenced by tourism (which creates lower food quality). The food quality here was great.
The staff were the friendliest of all the restaurants we went to. As for the food, we had the bruschetta, linguine Al pesto, rigatoni al ragu', and a pizza. My wife loved the pesto (for me it was ok) but the rigatoni and the pizza were fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is savory, the goulash and gnocchi was my favorite! The menu is in Italian and English for those who aren’t locals. I ordered a caprese salad for breakfast and the tomatoes and cheese could have been fresher, hence the four stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and great location! We ordered pasta and appetizers, followed by their tiramisu. Service is fast and the host was lovely. Very affordable for the quality and the location! Would recommend!
