★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little find near our hotel in Santa Maria Maggiore Area. Had a lousy experience 24 hours before at nearby Family restaurant. Il Brigantino fixed that with a friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious. Wine and Beer selection was good. Dessert selection was plentiful. Very reasonably priced. My family will be returning when in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything here is excellent, from the moment you enter the restaurant until you leave, the hospitality is wonderful which something hardly seen here. The food is beyond expectations, we were party of 3 we ordered 5 plates, it is absolutely worth it. Special thanks to Julia for her great hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel recommended us to go there for a pizza. I was wondering if it was a good idea when I saw the neighborhood and the room. But I must say it is one of the greatest pizza I ever had! Tasty, perfectly cooked, generous but not too much, absolutely balanced, it was a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and spacious restaurant, we were looking specifically for their lasagne but was not available, so then ordered smoked cheese bacon pizza and pasta carbonara, the pizza was very tasty, thin bread, and the carbonara was OK, but the flavour was more simple than we normally had in other Italian restaurants, it was good in general.
