★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura moderna, servizio cortese e prestazioni di livello, ma non c'è stato appuntamento iniziato in orario: mezz'ora o più d'attesa é la costante. Senza parlare delle occasionali richieste di rinvio da parte delle assistenti del primario.
Modern structure, courteous service and high level performances, but there was no appointment started on time: half an hour or more of waiting is the constant. Not to mention the occasional requests for postponement by the primary's assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo a dare un voto basso in quanto sono stato in cura da febbraio a luglio 2019 per 3 denti è non mi sono trovato bene in quanto nulla da dire sul dentista peró il cliente si trova imbrigliato tra le politiche della clinica (a volte poco inclini alle esigenze del cliente) e previmedical . A volte vengono scritte in modo errato le prescrizioni da inoltrare a previmedical con ulteriori perdite di tempo. Lamento inoltre a volte lunghi tempi di attesa che non vengono comunicati al cliente in modo tempestivo e nel mio caso ero anche con mia moglie ai tempi in gravidanza.
In definitiva finiti con fatica le cure anche grazie all aiuto della responsabile che ha alla fine ha ascoltato le mie problematiche non prese in considerazione dalla reception.
Putroppo avendo perso fiducia mi sono trovato costretto a cambiare struttura.
I find myself giving a low grade because I was treated from February to July 2019 for 3 teeth and I did not feel well as nothing to say about the dentist but the client is caught between the clinic's policies (sometimes not very inclined to customer needs) and previmedical. Sometimes the prescriptions to be forwarded to previmedical are written incorrectly with further loss of time. Lament also sometimes long waiting times that are not communicated to the customer in a timely manner and in my case I was also with my wife in times of pregnancy.
Ultimately the treatment ended with difficulty even thanks to the help of the manager who finally listened to my problems not taken into consideration by the reception.
Unfortunately, having lost confidence, I found myself forced to change structure.
