★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina, dopo circa 80/90 secondi trascorsi al telefono per una semplice, pacata, rispettosa richiesta di informazioni riguardo la possibilità di noleggio attrezzature, mi è stata alzata la voce, rivolte parole irrispettose, e attaccato il telefono in faccia dal sig. Amati, il quale evidentemente, questa mattina, provo a dedurre, si sia svegliato con la giornata un pó storta. DA EVITARE PER QUALUNQUE GENERE DI RAPPORTO/CONVERSAZIONE.
This morning, after about 80/90 seconds spent on the phone for a simple, calm, respectful request for information regarding the possibility of renting equipment, my voice was raised, disrespectful words addressed, and the phone hung up in the face by Mr. Beloved, who evidently, this morning, I try to deduce, woke up with the day a little wrong. TO AVOID FOR ANY KIND OF RELATIONSHIP / CONVERSATION.

Ero andato dopo aver letto molte recensioni positive (molte persone soddisfatte, anche dall' "abbondante materiale ricevuto"). La mia esperienza ? Saro' stato sfortunato : euro 8000 per 3 settimane, senza cavare un ragno dal buco. Mi sarebbe bastato un solo nome e una sola foto. Nulla.
I was greeted with education and respect by dr. Marco Amati, who gave me a lot of confidence and I trusted completely. I went after reading many positive reviews (many satisfied people, also by the "abundant material received"). My experience ? I will have been unlucky: 8000 euros for 3 weeks, without digging a spider out of the hole. I would have had only one name and one photo. Nothing.
