Modifico la recensione passando a 5 stelle perche' apprezzo il fatto che mi abbia spiegato in modo esauriente la situazione. Preciso che il secondo monitor funziona regolarmente e che l'utilizzatore del pc e' contento. B	Bojan Pesic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un errore del corriere SDA il pacco non è arrivato nemmeno dopo una settimana. Dopo diversi solleciti al servizio clienti il fornitore ha contattato SDA che ha ammesso di aver perso il pacco. Come da accordi LcdShop ha inviato un altro pacco con il corriere BRT che è arrivato nei tempi previsti, entro 24h dalla spedizione. Giustamente mi sono state rimborsate le spese di spedizione. Un consiglio per il fornitore è di reagire al primo sollecito e di aggiornare le informazioni sul sito per quanto rigurada i corrieri utilizzati. Sul sito del fornitore è indicato che LcdShop effettua le consegne con il Corriere Espresso DHL .Agli acquirenti invece consiglio di verificare qual'è il corriere utilizzato dal fornitore. SDA di poste italiane secondo la mia esperienza è il peggiore. Per quanto rigurda LCD pare di ottima qualità e imballato molto bene. Cambio la mia recensione da 1 a 5 stelle visto che non si tratta di un errore di LcdShop che alla fine ha risolto il mio problema. Due to an error by the SDA courier, the package did not arrive even after a week. After several reminders to customer service, the supplier contacted SDA who admitted to having lost the package. As agreed, LcdShop sent another package with the BRT courier which arrived on time, within 24 hours of shipment. I was rightly reimbursed for the shipping costs. A tip for the supplier is to react to the first reminder and to update the information on the site regarding the couriers used. On the supplier's website it is indicated that LcdShop makes deliveries with the DHL Express Courier. For buyers, on the other hand, I recommend checking which courier the supplier is using. SDA of Poste Italiane in my experience is the worst. As far as the LCD is concerned, it appears to be of excellent quality and very well packed. I change my review from 1 to 5 stars as this is not an LcdShop error which ultimately solved my problem.

Sono stato consigliato da altri miei colleghi riparatori e devo dire che sono rimasto più che soddisfatto, pensate che ieri alle 15:30 ho fatto L ordine e la mattina dopo alle 11 era nelle mie mani, operatori gentili e professionali. Il venerdì spediscono e lunedì arriva un pacco a prova di corriere (chi sa in quali condizioni e a che ritmo lavorino oggi i corrieri capirà !!!). Display perfetto, avessi potuto avrei dato 6 stelle. Grazie How not to give 5 stars if ... You order a display on Thursdays at 21:00, I write for info and they answer outside office / opening hours after less than an hour. On Fridays they ship and on Monday a courier-proof package arrives (who knows in what conditions and at what pace the couriers work today will understand !!!). Perfect display, I could have given it 6 stars. Thank you
