Vi potrebbe stupire anche Fausto, bianco sbocciato in un territorio fortemente vocato al rosso.
Their most representative wine is Berzami ', which is characterized by a pleasant sober elegance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente si può parlare di gestione familiare. Tre generazioni e un unico obiettivo, far conoscere i propri vini e di conseguenza il Capriano del Colle (Monte Netto).
Il Monte Netto, con il suo terreno argilloso va a rappresentare questo piccolo territorio, tanto quanto la Cantina Lazzari.
La passione e l'amore che utilizzano, nella cura della terra e della vigna la si può ritrovare nei loro vini. Sicuramente rappresentati dalla “Riserva degli Angeli", che vede l'utilizzo di appassimento sulle uve e della barrique. Ad esso si uniscono altre cinque etichette, tra cui un metodo classico "Adamah" e un marzemino in purezza, ricavato da un vitigno autoctono del Monte Netto che prende il nome di "Berzamì".
In conclusione, credo che la cantina Lazzari come questo piccolo terroir debba essere valorizzato, come lo sono molti altri territori.

Monte Netto, with its clay soil, represents this small territory, as much as the Cantina Lazzari.
The passion and love they use, in the care of the land and the vineyard can be found in their wines. Certainly represented by the "Riserva degli Angeli", which sees the use of drying on the grapes and the barrique. It is joined by five other labels, including a classic "Adamah" method and a pure marzemino, obtained from a native grape variety of the Monte Netto which takes the name of "Berzamì".
In conclusion, I believe that the Lazzari winery like this small terroir should be enhanced, as are many other territories.
