★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo il "Savuto classico" anche senza decantare aperto mezzora prima della degustazione, x il "Speriore" obbligo decantare almeno un ora poi Fantastico, il Savuto Rosato GIADA alla temperatura giusta "fresco" non freddo lo accompagni con tutto no può non piacere con carne o pesce, io li apprezzo così...non servono grandi piatti... il bicchiere giusto si.
