★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prodotto è abbastanza buono I prezzi sono in linea con il mercato ma la ragazza che è al banco manca di professionalità e serietà.
Per due volte è riuscita a farmi pagare di più di quello che mi ha dato, la prima volta abbiamo lasciato andare ma la seconda volta è stato riferito all'altra signora adetta al banco che gentilmente ha provveduto a sistemare la cosa.
In un'altro episodio dopo avermi confermato per telefono che era pronto l'ordine da me richiesto faccio circa 100 km per sentirmi dire che che non aveva il prodotto. Per fortuna per lei che lavora in famiglia sarebbe stato un problema per lei trovarsi da lavorare perché nel commercio non è tollerabile un comportamento del genere.
The product is quite good. Prices are in line with the market, but the girl who is at the counter lacks professionalism and seriousness.
Twice she managed to make me pay more than she gave me, the first time we let go but the second time it was reported to the other lady at the counter who kindly proceeded to fix it.
In another episode, after confirming by phone that the order I requested was ready, I go about 100 km to be told that he didn't have the product. Fortunately for her who works in the family it would have been a problem for her to find herself working because such behavior is not tolerable in business.
