la scortesia regna sovrana. Chiedo gentilmente (come mio solito) se fosse possibile cambiare dei soldi spicci, che a loro fanno sempre comodo.
Mi sento una risposta sgarbata e sgraziata da parte del responsabile (tale Alfredo ndr.) il quale sosteneva di poter cambiare le monete solo nel momento in cui una commessa si sarebbe potuta alzare dalla postazione cassa (ripeto e sottolineo: con un tono molto sgarbato, per usare un eufemismo).
Sarebbe più apprezzata un pò di cortesia e di educazione in più, me ne sarei andato chiedendo io stesso scusa, ma forse, da parte loro, non è sempre così scontato il rispetto e l'educazione nei confronti del cliente (per antonomasia avrebbe sempre ragione).
Ciò detto, mai più lascerò nemmeno un euro a tali maleducati!

unkindness reigns supreme. I kindly ask (as usual) if it was possible to change some loose money, which is always convenient for them.
I feel a rude and ungraceful response from the manager (a certain Alfredo ed.) Who claimed to be able to change coins only when a saleswoman would have been able to get up from the cash desk (I repeat and emphasize: with a very rude tone, to put it mildly).
A little extra courtesy and education would be more appreciated, I would have left and apologized myself, but perhaps, for their part, respect and education towards the customer is not always so obvious (by definition he would always be right ).
That said, never again will I leave a single euro to such rude ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermercato ad Alatri, di fronte all'ospedale San Benedetto, dove si trova di tutto, dal pesce fresco ( c'è un banco apposito all'entrata del supermercato) , al super banco alimentari ed affettati di ogni genere. Pane fresco di ogni tipo. Ben allineato, organizzato, personale sempre disponibile. Grande parcheggio, ottima posizione.
Supermarket in Alatri, in front of the San Benedetto hospital, where you can find everything from fresh fish (there is a special counter at the entrance of the supermarket), to the super food counter and cold cuts of all kinds. Fresh bread of all kinds. Well aligned, organized, staff always available. Great parking, great location.

I seemed to find many more food references than other stores in the same chain. Prices are always at the top.
