Ci ha fatto assaggiare le ciambelle al limone appena sfornate e che fai? Dici di no? Fantastiche! Inutile dire che ne abbiamo fatto scorta. Ma non ci sono solo quelle al limone, ci sono gli amaretti morbidi con varie farciture, biscotti da colazione...e niente, se andate da quelle parti, una tappa è d'obbligo. Appena entrati la proprietaria ci ha subito offerto un biscotto ciascuno, davvero buonissimo, poi abbiamo preso le immancabili ciambelle al limone e siamo stati a chiacchierare per dieci minuti buoni, come si faceva una volta. Il piacere di una chiacchiera mentre il tempo si fermava non ha prezzo. Davvero gentilissima la proprietaria e i prodotti sono eccezionali, è una tappa obbligata per chiunque viene a fumone!

In visita al castello di Fumone ho fatto questa dolce sosta a la Fantasia del Dolce, una graziosa pasticceria artigianale locale, dove una gentilissima e solare ragazza mi ha proposto queste squisite ciambelle al limone, appena sfornate: divine!
