★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sabato 1.4 non si riesce ad entrare nel sito. La password in uso non viene riconosciuta. Ho effettuato tre volte il reset della password e nemmeno queste password vengono riconosciute. Il numero dell'Help desk non risponde. Si può fare di peggio? P.S. il sito a cui mi riferisco è quello per la ricetta elettronica.
 From Saturday 1.4 it is not possible to enter the site. The password being used is not recognized. I reset my password three times and these passwords are not recognized either. The help desk number does not answer. Can you do worse? P.S. the site I am referring to is the one for the electronic recipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotazione vaccino covid per ultraottantenni. A parte i problemi tecnici di accesso alla piattaforma a cui hanno dovuto far fronte gli utenti, un interfaccia utente cosi pietosa non era concepibile neanche negli anni 90 con strumenti molto meno potenti di quelli in uso oggi
(ex Project Manager Informatico).

Chiami il numero... ma meglio farebbero a fornirvi il link con Il Marchese del Grillo: "Io so Io e voi non siete un ...." ... 195 persone in linea, la quale,dopo 47 minuti di attesa, arrivati al 50 esimo cade senza appello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono imbarazzanti, contattati più volte per un portale della regione lazio che non funzionava, con mail scritte di richiesta supporto, riescono solo a ribaltare la palla ad un numero di centralino al quale non risponde nessuno. Due soldini dalla regione li avranno pur presti. Ridicoli. Insieme a tutta la banda. Povera Italia.
