★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tipical lodge in a really beautiful location, quality food as you can expect here, service needs to be "redesigned" ;) long wait to sit down, to pay, waiters do not know what to do, you just grab a seat and table and hope... Ahahah.. No way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry guys, but this is substandard for South Tyrol. Food was ok but to pricey for what we got. The hut is nice on the inside but they should redo the terrace, change the benches etc. Maybe they don't need to do this, as they are the only inn around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaos-avoid. Probably the worst experience ever on a ski resort. All waiters, servers, staffs arrogant and frustrated and underwater. Underwater because the organisation is simply chaos. If you want to waist 2h, get stressed and upset this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the location is super and the food is really good. BUUUUUUUT the service was just a comedy show.
We asked the same thing to 3 different waiter, and yes, we got 3 different answers.
We waited for ages, but that's ok since we are on the mountain.
We Ordered one specific kind of food, got another. We asked the water for 2 exactly 5 times, at the fifth time the water arrived.... Only for one.
No, is not about the language. I speak both German and Italian.
Really I'm laughing thinking how disorganized a place can be.
But trust me. Really good food
