★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un idropulitrice a 400 bar nuova pagata ben 16000 €!!
A parte i problemi di logistica per niente piacevoli dato che mi hanno fatto perdere una settimana di lavoro, la machina dopo 10 ore di lavoro non andava più in pressione. Ho chiamato l’assistenza ed ha risolto il problema ma dopo poche ore la macchina ha iniziato a perdere viti, bulloni spezzati, la marmitta rotta e perdite di olio. Insomma non è una macchina professionale NON COMPRATELA!!!
 I purchased a new washer 400 bar well paid 16000 € !!
Apart from the logistical problems at all pleasant as they have made me lose a week of work, the machine after 10 hours of work there was more pressure. I called support and solved the problem, but after a few hours the machine has started to loose screws, broken bolts, the broken muffler and oil leaks. In short, it is not a professional machine DO NOT BUY IT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un idropulitrice MISSOURI 800 EURO non un giocattolo 3 anni fa, usata 10/12 volte l'ho già fatta riparare fuori garanzia 2 volte a 250 € a volta , senza il disagio di portarla ,andarla a prendere e in più prenderne una a noleggio. Io che in precedenza avevo karcher usata 15 anni mai un problema serio, è una grande fregatura.
I purchased a MISSOURI 800 EURO pressure washer not a toy 3 years ago, used 10/12 times I have already had it repaired out of the warranty 2 times at 250 € at a time, without the inconvenience of wearing it, picking it up and moreover taking one at rental. I who had previously used karcher 15 years never a serious problem, is a great rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspirapolvere di buona qualità, purtroppo assenza totale di assistenza sui ricambi.
Abbiamo segnalato più volte che i sacchetti si rompevano e nonostante il prezzo importante non abbiamo avuto assistenza.
Abbiamo ricomprato una confezione di sacchetti nuovi. Un vero disastro, il sacco si rompe dopo circa 1 ora di utilizzo, il filtro si intasa e si riempie l'ambiente di polvere che poi si vede controluce.
Al posto di aspirare si sporca gli ambienti
E inaccettabile, sicuramente hanno ricambi Cinesi, si dovrebbero vergognare
Good quality vacuum cleaner, unfortunately total absence of assistance on spare parts.
We reported several times that the bags broke and despite the high price we had no assistance.
We bought back a box of new bags. A real disaster, the bag breaks after about 1 hour of use, the filter clogs and fills the environment with dust which can then be seen against the light.
Instead of vacuuming, the rooms are dirty
And unacceptable, they definitely have Chinese spares, they should be ashamed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi prodotti, a mio avviso studiati appositamente per guastarsi dopo poche ore di lavoro, per generare l'acquisto di parti di ricambio che annullano l'apparente economicità di questa marca. La mia idropulitrice ad esempio si è guastata addirittura 4 volte in circa 10 ore di funzionamento.Il loro TERRIBILE customer service ha negato qualunque supporto, rispondendomi "picche" dopo ben tre mesi di silenzio nonostante mie richieste e solleciti. SCONSIGLIO MOLTO VIVAMENTE.
Bad products, in my opinion specifically designed to break down after a few hours of work, to generate the purchase of spare parts that cancel out the apparent cheapness of this brand. For example, my pressure washer failed even 4 times in about 10 hours of operation. Their TERRIBLE customer service denied any support, replying "spades" after three months of silence despite my requests and reminders. I VERY STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non positiva. Ho acquistato una macchina a giugno che non sono mai riuscito ad usare per vari problemi tecnici di funzionamento. Le risposte del service sono talvolta scorbutiche e seccate. La commessa dell'outlet della sede di Pegognaga è l'unica che mi ha sempre risposto gentilmente e cercato di risolvere i problemi dove possibile.
Not a positive experience. I bought a machine in June that I have never been able to use due to various technical problems. Service responses are sometimes grumpy and annoyed. The saleswoman from the outlet of the Pegognaga office is the only one who has always answered me kindly and tried to solve problems where possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to repair your truck wash station in Pegognaga. I been there many times and always after i wash there is white greasy film on my truck. I try everything but it won't go away. Takes very long time to wipe off that. Too bad because it's near Autostrada but i will not come before you check this.

Weak distribution of parts, if you lose something, such as a nozzle, it is not possible to locate a hardware shop in Barcelona which can order it, and the parts are not available online. I am left with a nonworking product - so my replacement will be with a competitors product. Aftersales service and parts availability is critical in in building a brand. They are not going to be able to mount a competitive threat against karcher if they don't ensure basic parts availability. Selling basics such as nozzles online will not upset their dealer network who don't stock such items.
