Io ambierei la dicitura in IMPARIAMO PRIMA A LAVORARE NOI PIÙ E MEGLIO...agenzie in Italia maggior parte OUT!!disastro totale

Laura..do not be surprised ... young and incapable Very true same negative experience but this time Bologna office that a graduate with cepu and better and more competent than them .... other than work more !! I would set the wording in LET'S LEARN FIRST TO WORK US MORE AND BETTER ... agencies in Italy most OUT !! total disaster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia assolutamente non adatta al recruitment di profili qualificati. Personale giovane e inesperto incapace di leggere un CV specializzato. Chiamata a colloquio conoscitivo per una proposta di lavoro specifica, arrivo in sede e mi fanno compilare un questionario, per iscrivermi alle loro liste, nel quale non viene fatto il minimo accenno alla mia categoria lavorativa, nè a una qualifica professionale inerente.
A dir poco imbarazzante, inoltre, il dover assistere alle comunicazioni lavorative tra i vari addetti dell'agenzia. Nomi e cognomi di persone in cerca di impiego vengono espressi ad alta voce in presenza di persone estranee.. Comportamento sicuramente non professionale e non improntato al rispetto dei principi di privacy, integrità e riservatezza.
Agency absolutely not suitable for the recruitment of qualified profiles. Young and inexperienced staff unable to read a specialized CV. Called for an interview for a specific job proposal, I arrive at the headquarters and they make me fill out a questionnaire, to register on their lists, in which the slightest mention is not made of my job category, nor of an inherent professional qualification.
To say the least, it is also embarrassing to have to attend work communications between the various agents of the agency. Names and surnames of jobseekers are expressed aloud in the presence of strangers. Certainly unprofessional behavior and not based on respect for the principles of privacy, integrity and confidentiality.
