The attendants speak English reasonably well, this helps those who are tourists. The service was good, the clothes are clean and have been folded by them.

Ci hanno macchiato d’inchiostro blu/nero un giubbotto bianco. Non hanno neanche voluto provare a levare le macchie nuove, e anche le macchie gialle che dovevano pulire dall’inizio sono rimaste. E abbiamo anche notato piccole bruciature.
10 euro to be ruined a 160 euro garment.
A white jacket was stained with blue / black ink. They didn't even want to try to remove the new spots, and even the yellow spots that had to be cleaned from the beginning have remained. And we also noticed minor burns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non do il massimo perchè se non ci sta la proprietaria ahimè i signori che sono li non capiscono bene e prendono male le richieste dei clienti. Per il resto il servizio di cui abbiamo fruito è stato ben eseguito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata diverse volte e non ho avuto problemi con i lavaggi, inoltre hanno orari di apertura molto ampi, ma do tre stelle perché manca completamente la capacità di rivolgersi al cliente. Nessuno sorride, mai, e i miei "buongiorno", "grazie", "arrivederci", "si può fare questa cosa?" cadono regolarmente nel vuoto. L'unica cosa che dicono è "cognome?" e il prezzo, fine. La ragazza in particolare sembra sempre infastidita. Forse per alcuni potrà essere un aspetto marginale ma ho deciso che preferisco spendere i miei soldi altrove.
I have been there several times and I have not had any problems with washing, also they have very wide opening hours, but I give three stars because it completely lacks the ability to address the customer. Nobody smiles, ever, and my "good morning", "thank you", "goodbye", "can this be done?" they regularly fall into the void. The only thing they say is "surname?" and the price, fine. The girl in particular always seems annoyed. Perhaps for some it may be a marginal aspect but I have decided that I prefer to spend my money elsewhere.
