Best Laundry service in Italia

R	Robyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite places in Siena--nothing like nice smelling fresh clothing when you have been living out of a suitcase for over a month. It is a small laundry but everything is clean and included--no need to hunt for laundry powder or change. There are English instruction boards to make it easy for travelers. There are comfortable seats to sit on and a place to buy a coffee and something to eat next door, if you are so inclined. I have never rated a laundromat/lavanderia before but it was such an enjoyable experience (we used it twice) that I couldn't help myself.
L	Loren Provins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best laundry mat in Siena! I was studying abroad in Siena for six weeks and I came to this laundry service many times to do laundry. The wash only takes 30 minutes and the dryer takes anywhere from 10-30 depending on how long you want. There is a machine that will give you change, and everything is very clean. There are instructions in English and Italian, and the owner is often there and is very helpful also! I always brought homework to work on because there are plenty of benches.

The washers are fully automated when adding detergent, all you need to do is select the temperature. The machines have interfaces that are in Italian but there are big clear posters with English. There is also a cash machine that will change bills and coins into 1€ coins.

The owner keeps staying around there and helps the foreigners if they don’t understand Italian language. The owner also takes care of all the machines and clean inside, in which I felt comfortable to stay. The cafes and restaurants are nearby this laundromat so I definitely recommend for those who are anxious about where to go for the laundry.

The owner took us through how it all worked but there was no need as clear instructions are provided in italian and english. New well maintained machines. Change machine on site.
S	Stephen Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very clean self service laundromat with two 11kg, one 16kg washing machines at €5 and €7 respectively. Two dryers, 10 min per Euro. The machines look very new, less than a year old. The soap is added automatically so the is no need to buy extra detergent. There is a change machine. There are instructions in 5 languages, but it’s not completely understandable.

I	Indysg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited a couple of laundromats between Switzerland and Italy on this particular trip, and Waterland was by far the better experience. Clear directions, washers and dryers with numerous settings that you can actually alter (which was not available at other mats). Soap is included. €5 for the medium size washer and €7 for the large, 30 minute wash cycle of your choice. (3 total washers) €1 to dry for 10 min. you choose the heat application. (2 dryers total) There is a change machine present on the right as you enter. There is a grocery store with a deli like counter two doors down for lunch while you wait. I would most certainly recommend and return.
