★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno danneggiato il cappotto che avevo portato a pulire; al momento della riconsegna non hanno segnalato il problema e, quando me ne sono accorta, dopo avermi fatto aspettare un mese e mezzo, mi hanno detto che la colpa era mia, perché non avevo controllato il capo al momento del ritiro e addirittura che forse il capo era già danneggiato prima del lavaggio. Mi hanno solo proposto di affidare il capo al loro sarto, pagando io la riparazione. Mai più!
