Inoltre i capi erano pieni di peli e pelucchi, che prima non erano presenti. Ho riportato tutto indietro e la signora per lo meno è stata gentile nel riattaccare il bottone mancante (che aveva conservato) e sistemare il pantalone. Nonostante ciò non è stata una bella esperienza e non la consiglio specialmente per capi di un certo valore. Una volta lavata, nel momento in cui la stavo riposizionando nel letto, mi sono reso conto che si è ristretta notevolmente e di conseguenza, non più utilizzabile. Mi sono recato presso un'altra lavanderia per un parere e mi è stato riferito che non è stata lavata a secco, bensì ad acqua. Successivamente, ho portato a conoscenza la lavanderia Kimi del fatto che non fosse stata lavata a secco. La signora ha negato l'evidenza, sostenendo di averla lavata secondo le indicazioni dell'etichetta. Ho richiesto il rimborso per acquistarne un'altra ma la signora si è offerta solo di sistemare la fodera, una volta che mi fossi procurato la stoffa per allargarla. Ovviamente, non sono stato disposto ad accettare quanto offerto e la dovrò comprare nuova a mie spese. Infine, sottolineo il fatto che è stato molto difficile interloquire con la signora, vista l'evidente difficoltà nel parlare la lingua italiana. Laundry to avoid.
