★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asciugatrice n5 difettosa. Ho messo un carico di lavatrice di casa (5kg) con centrifuga 1000 giri. Ho fatto 2 cicli di asciugatura a temperatura alta insieme (26min) per essere sicuro che i panni uscissero asciutti ma erano ancora bagnati, quindi ho fatto un'ulteriore ciclo a temperatura media (13min.) Ma niente, sempre bagnati. Ho fatto presente alla persona addetta del problema e mi ha detto che ho messo troppa roba insieme (l'asciugatrice è per un carico di 14kg) poi mi ha consigliato di fare ancora qualche ciclo di asciugatura, alla fine ho preso la mia roba e sono andato dove mi servo di solito EXPRESS WASH, per la stessa quantità di panni spendo la metà di soldi....e tempo...
Bastava ammettere che la macchina aveva qualcosa che non andava e si evitava di perdere il cliente, avvolte la scarsa manutenzione da questi risultati
Defective dryer n5. I put a load of home washing machine (5kg) with 1000 rpm spin. I did 2 high temperature drying cycles together (26min) to make sure the clothes came out dry but still wet, then I did another medium temperature cycle (13min.) But nothing, always wet. I pointed out to the person in charge of the problem and he told me that I put too much stuff together (the dryer is for a load of 14kg) then he advised me to do a few more drying cycles, in the end I took my stuff and I am went where I usually use EXPRESS WASH, for the same amount of cloths I spend half the money ... and time ...
It was enough to admit that the machine had something wrong and we avoided losing the customer, sometimes the poor maintenance from these results
