 To fix the second appointment we spent 2 weeks calling the company and waiting for the technician's availability and in the end they completely ignored us.

Li chiamo dalla stessa provincia in cui si trova il centro, per chiedere assistenza per uno scaldabagno Ferroli nuovo di zecca, non funzionante dal momento del montaggio! Risposta: no signora, per uno scaldabagno non ci muoviamo!!!
Bad service. Ferroli Service Center, so to speak. I call them from the same province where the center is located, to ask for assistance for a brand new Ferroli water heater, not working from the moment of assembly! Answer: no lady, for a water heater we don't move !!!
