s	sara del gaudio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un' ottima cliente la lasciai perche' portavo gli indumenti sporchi restituiti "puliti" ma maleodoranti per la puzza fumo da sigarette lamentato al titolare di Via Gemito che le addette fumavano di continuo mi rispose irritato che non capiva quale fosse il problema! Spendere una cifra blu e sentirsi "insultare"... Con mani sporche per il fumo anche per contatto coi soldi lavarsi le mani o usare i guanti per accettazione vestiario non sarebbe male in tempo di Covid..... NON CONSIGLIO!!! I was an excellent customer I left her because I was wearing dirty clothes that were returned "clean" but smelly due to the stench of cigarette smoke. I complained to the owner of Via Gemito that the staff smoked all the time, he replied irritably that he did not understand what the problem was! Spending a blue sum and feeling "insulted" ... With hands dirty from smoking even for contact with money, washing hands or using gloves to accept clothing would not be bad in time of Covid ..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Sono riusciti a restituirmi dei capi più sporchi e con più macchie rispetto al momento della consegna (una giacca poi sono riuscita a salvarla io lavandola a mano una volta portata a casa). Non sono riusciti a togliere neanche una macchia di insalata un pantalone. Non consiglio assolutamente questa lavanderia. Bad service. Dear and not even good !! They managed to give me back garments that were dirtier and with more stains than at the time of delivery (I then managed to save a jacket by washing it by hand once I brought it home). They could not even remove a stain of salad from a pair of pants. I absolutely do not recommend this laundry.
