Efficient and all folded nicely! The lady was v nice we informed here that we had to catch the train, and she tried to rush for us :) Just be careful on the weight, misread lb as kg.

10/10 service ! Extremely helpful and friendly service. We had all our clothes, puffer coats and backpack washed, and all in the same day. The clothes came back nearly folded. A great place to get your washing done in Florence.

I dislike writing poor reviews for small businesses but had a terrible experience here that I cannot ignore. I was in Florence for my honeymoon and was extremely exhausted as Florence was the 4th city of our trip. We needed one full load of laundry washed and decided to come here due to the great Google reviews at 10AM. The total cost came out to 60 euros which I still wonder if it was higher due to needing to pick up by close of business that day which is 7PM since we were leaving the following morning? Literally, 20 seconds after paying in cash I came to my senses that the price is way over my budget so I quickly asked for a refund in a respectful manner and mentioned it was too expensive for me. This instantaneously changed the attitude of the owner where she proceeded to yell at me and become really aggressive stating that all sales are final since the receipt had already been printed. I am not a confrontational person so I just sucked it up and left upset which caused me several hours of anxiety and almost ruined that entire day on my precious honeymoon. I came back to pick up the clothes at the estimated pick up time (6:30PM) and I do want to state that the clothes were washed properly and on time. Everything was packaged very professionally and nicely folded. However, later that night at at the hotel when unpacking the clothing we realized that they LOST one sock which will now cost $15 to replace as they are 100% Wool Darn Tough brand socks. We are minimalist so only brought a few pairs of socks for the trip so this was an inconvenience as we had another week left on the trip. When I was younger I used to travel all over for work and this is the first time I have ever lost an article of clothing on a trip and I know for a fact 100% that we had dropped off full matching pairs. I expect PREMIUM service with all articles of clothing accounted for when paying 60 euros! I am writing this review a bit over week after the incident and get upset whenever I think about this business. I feel that I am a very forgiving person but something about the manner of the interaction just triggers me when I replay it in my head and yet still feel guilty leaving this review. At least this was the only negative experience about the honeymoon. My advice, if you have a full load of laundry just go to a laundromat which will cost roughly 3 - 3.5 euros per load but perhaps I am just cheap.
