Very kind and professional. I needed to wash a pair of jeans urgently before continuing on the Via Francigena and they were ready in a few hours.

Kind and professional. Just the coat was not ready after a week because it had to be inflated, but still I found myself very well.

I noticed a missing item later in the day and the owner went above and beyond to return it to me: he came all the way up from Siena to Panzano!! I'm still speechless and incredibly grateful as it would have been difficult for us to return to Siena the next day. My Italian is terrible and I didn't feel like I could say thank you enough. THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this laundry shop, especially to visitors who want to find a quick, simple, and affordable alternative to exorbitant hotel laundry service in Siena. At 5 euros/kg, their wash & fold service was excellent and dependable. Our large bag of shirts, jeans, and undershirts came back clean and smelling fresh, as if they were properly done at home. We dropped our bag at 6 pm, and it was ready for pick up at 10:30 the following day. If you are traveling & need to have some laundry done quickly, this is your go-to place. Just drop the bag and they will take care of the rest. The owner also speaks excellent English, so communication is not a problem.
