Non solo a mio dire ma molti conoscenti son stati mandati via scortesemente sia in caso di capi rovinati che in presenza di peli..... Not very friendly, not animal lovers, if you wear a head with two dog hairs they refuse work, jackets and ruined clothes ..... Not only to my mind but many acquaintances have been sent away rudely both in case of ruined clothes and in presence of hairs .....

Non ho ricevuto nessun danno ma viste le storie che mi sono state fatte per due semplici giacconi, ho ripreso tutto e mi sono rivolta altrove. Altamente sconsigliata. Extremely rude staff, listless and without any tact towards the customer. È una lavanderia che dopo aver rovinato una trapunta nuova da 100 euro non si è presa nessuna responsabilità e ha preteso altri soldi per rimediare al danno da loro fatto. Caldamente sconsigliata. Perche sotto 30€ non fanno la fattura. ma perché? se questa azienda va spendere 29€ a qualche parte non chiedi la fattura? This morning I bring 4 outfits to wash and ask for an invoice. Answer was NOOO. Because under 30 € they don't make the invoice. but why? if this company goes to spend € 29 somewhere you don't ask for the invoice?

Dopo la quarta volta che ho chiesto se fosse pronto, nei primi giorni di Settembre, non solo non lo era per l'ennesima volta, ma la commessa ha risposto piccata come se fosse normale un ritardo del genere.....accampando scuse varie come il Covid (?). In tutto questo neanche una parola di scuse. Fortunatamente al ritiro ho trovato un'altra commessa che, usando il buon senso e comprendendo il disagio creatomi, si è scusata. Almeno quello... Duvet left at the end of June (with delivery times by 20 July, as shown on the receipt) and collected in early October !!! Embarassing.
