L'ha consegnata con la stessa macchia e dopo aver fatto notare che la macchia era ancora li ha avuto la faccia tosta di negare. Il cliente dovrebbe avere sempre ragione soprattutto all'evidenza dei fatti. Cortesia zero assoluto. Sono andato via vista la maleducazione un cliente in meno.
