★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vige la massima disorganizzazione. É inaccettabile che in un luogo dove si accolgono dei bambini piccoli si aspettino tempi bibblici per somministrare un vaccino! Non vi è pulizia, bagno senza fasciatoio, ne un distributore automatico di bevande (visto i tempi lunghi di attesa e l'ubicazione della struttura distante dal centro abitato). Oggi sono stata li con la mia bimba ed il caldo era davvero insopportabile in sala d'attesa poiché eravamo una quarantina tra adulti e bimbi ed il climatizzatore era spento. Ho chiesto ad una impiegata di accenderlo e la sig.ra si è rivolta in malo modo solo perché l'ho disturbata nello svolgimento della sua mansione: smanettare il proprio cellulare nel suo ufficio dove occorreva entrare col cappotto, poiché da Lei il climatizzatore era acceso a palla! Una situazione assurda che si presenta ormai da anni, postocche la suindicata impiegata non risponde al saluto, è sempre scorbutica ed arrabbiata, anzi è proprio maleducata perché scarica il suo malcontento con gli utenti che di volta in volta le chiedono informazioni. Ad ogni modo, qualcuno degli organi competenti dovrebbe vigilare affinché i piccoli utenti possano fruire dei loro diritti
Maximum disorganization is required. It is unacceptable that in a place where small children are welcomed they expect biblical times to administer a vaccine! There is no cleaning, bathroom without changing table, nor a vending machine for drinks (given the long waiting times and the location of the structure far from the town). Today I was there with my baby and the heat was really unbearable in the waiting room because we were about forty adults and children and the air conditioning was off. I asked an employee to turn it on and Ms turned in a bad way only because I disturbed her in the performance of her job: tweaking her cell phone in her office where she had to go in with her coat, because at her the air conditioner was on a ball! An absurd situation that has been present for years, after the aforementioned employee does not respond to the greeting, is always grumpy and angry, indeed it is just rude because it discharges its discontent with the users who ask for information from time to time. However, some of the competent bodies should be vigilant so that small users can enjoy their rights
