Scortesia al momento della prima consegna e successivamente maleducazione ed aggressivita al secondo tentativo quando ormai il danno era irreparabile..

Oggi, 10 agosto 2019, non mi è stato ancoro restituito il mio capo, nonostante abbia più volte fatto presente che avessi urgenza. Adesso mi toccherà delegare qualcuno per il ritiro, visto che mancherò parecchi mesi da casa.
Sulla "gentilezza" del personale stendiamo un velo pietoso.
