Al ritiro il piumone non era stato lavato.
Mi hanno fatto al momento un lavaggio veloce a secco,riconsegnato il
piumone con macchie che alla consegna non aveva e perlopiu pieno di pelucchi neri molto evidenti sul mio piumone chiaro. Esperienza disastrosa. Per fortuna ho avuto il rimborso con scuse annesse.
PS: ho semplicemente lasciato una recensione oggettiva che descrive i fatti accaduti. È proprio questo il ruolo delle recenzioni.
Nella risposta del proprietario tra l altro viene scritto che il mio piumone puzzava troppo quando l ho consegnato e in piu era di scarsa qualitá...oltre il danno pure la beffa ? perfetto

duvet with stains that on delivery did not have, and mostly full of black fluff very evident on my light duvet. Disastrous experience. Fortunately, I received a refund with an apology attached.

In the owner's reply, among other things, it is written that my duvet stank too much when I delivered it and in addition it was of poor quality ... besides the damage, the prank is also perfect
