C'era da togliere un pezzo di montone dalle tasche, mi era stato riferito che avrebbero potuto esserci stati dei piccoli taglietti per la rimozione, ma non mi avevano detto che avrebbero fatto un lavoro da chi di sartoria penso non abbia neanche mai visto un filo. Il risultato è quello che vedete in foto. Hanno rovinato la mia giacca, affermando che i tagli erano già presenti prima che loro ci mettessero mano. Ingenuamente ho chiesto loro di lavarla, restituendomela sporca. Ad una mia richiesta di rimborso, non solo si sono rifiutati categoricamente, si sono proposti di tentare di sistemare il danno, ma ovviamente richiedendo un pagamento oltre i già 30 euro che ho pagato (senza emissione di scontrino). Il lavoro era sostanzialmente semplice, non pensavo di ricevere indietro una giacca totalmente sfregiata e sporca. Entrusting my jacket to this laundry for a tailoring service was a totally wrong decision. There was a piece of mutton to be removed from the pockets, I had been told that there might have been small cuts for removal, but they had not told me that they would do a job by those of tailoring I think I have never even seen a thread . The result is what you see in the photo. They ruined my jacket, claiming that the cuts were already there before they got hold of it. I naively asked them to wash it, giving it back to me dirty. At my request for a refund, not only did they refuse categorically, they proposed to try to fix the damage, but obviously requesting a payment over the already 30 euros that I paid (without issuing a receipt). The work was basically simple, I didn't think I would get a totally scarred and dirty jacket back.

Sono onestissimi, velocissimi nel servizio e pronti a dare consigli anche per il lavaggio a casa! Dalle scarpe, alle coperte ai capi in lana con il lavaggio a secco, mi è sempre stato consegnato tutto perfetto e in tempi brevissimi. Rilasciano sempre la ricevuta,dico non c'è stata mai e poi mai una volta che non l'abbiano fatto. I bring every type of garment to this laundry and I have always enjoyed it. They are very honest, very fast in the service and ready to give advice even for washing at home! From shoes, to blankets to wool garments with dry cleaning, everything has always been delivered to me perfect and in a very short time. They always issue the receipt, I say there was never, ever once that they didn't.
