★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prese due camicie. La targhetta è srata spillata sulla stoffa in entrambi i casi e ora o due capi hanno quattro buchi.. A parte la stiratura e il lavaggio non adeguati nemmeno al basso prezzo, l'errore delle spillette è grossolano ed è sintomo di incapacità. Se a qualcuno viene in mente: "potevi lamentarti lì sul posto e magari avrebbero rimborsato" il ragionamento non regge: è difficile farsi venire in mente che qualcuno possa spillare una camicia proprio sulla stoffa. E se devo controllare il capo in ogni dettaglio ogni volta che porto qualcosa a lavare non è adatta ad essere la mia lavanderia di fiducia.
Poca attenzione e lavoro totalmente inadeguato. Da evitare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una polo ad accorciare, ma il personale straniero non aveva capito bene a che punto accorciare e mi ha passato il lavoro giusto come gratuito. Torno a ritirare dopo un giorno e il lavoro ancora da fare. Ho ritirato la mia polo senza lavoro eseguito correttamente per portarla da chi tiene al proprio lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn e la prima volta che mi capita di portare le cose in questa lavanderia, c'è un ragazzo filipino di un'arroganza única, ti ride in faccia.... Ho perso lo scontrino è per ridare la giacca ci sono voluti una settimana di presse in giro da parte di questo ragazzo, finché nn e venuto mio marito e ha fatto un cassino per far si che ci restituisce il capo. Mai più porterò niente, almeno finché ce questa persona nn andrò più, spero solo che il titolare di questa lavanderia si legga tutti i comenti e lo mande via.

Fortunatamente il giorno dopo una ragazza molto più gentile e educata e riuscita a risolvere mio problema....

Mi reco per ritirarli e mi dicono che non erano pronti. Faccio presente quanto mi era stato detto il giorno prima e si scopre che i miei indumenti erano pronti. Non credo che usufruirò più di questo servizio.
Arrogant and approximate staff. I left some clothes and asked when to pick them up. They tell me the following afternoon (otherwise I wouldn't have left them). I go to pick them up and they tell me they weren't ready. I point out what I was told the day before and it turns out that my clothes were ready. I don't think I will use this service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo da loro da anni solo per il servizio di stireria camicie e mi sono sempre trovato bene, puntuali, precisi e cortesi.
Il motivo della stella in meno è per aver scoperto che Marika - una delle persone che lavorava all'accoglienza - è stata trasferita in un altro punto della catena. Un vero peccato, perché anche senza nulla togliere agli altri, Marika era una maggior garanzia di attenzione al cliente e simpatia nell'accoglienza.
Ridateci Marika!
I have used them for years only for the shirt ironing service and I have always found myself well, punctual, precise and courteous.
The reason for the star drop is for having discovered that Marika - one of the people who worked at the reception - has been moved to another point in the chain. A real shame, because even without taking anything away from the others, Marika was a greater guarantee of attention to the customer and friendliness in welcoming.
Give us Marika back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impensabile che nel 2022 non vi sia un database con scritti i clienti. Se perdi il tagliandino addio capo. Altre lavanderie grazie a tale servizio, ti permettono di recuperare il capo anche se accidentalmente tu avessi perso lo scontrino. Finché non si aggiorneranno, punterò ad altre lavanderie/sartorie
