★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la Pinsa più buona che io abbia mai mangiato, impasto ottimo e digeribilissimo si sente la lunga lievitazione, condimenti svariati e originali, materie prime di ottima qualità.. i fritti buonissimi, super consigliati i filetti di baccala e gli arancini vegani... il tutto condito da gentilezza e cortesia... la gestione tutta italiana e giovane... qualità/prezzo ottimo... questa è diventata la mia pizzeria di fiducia!!! continuate cosi ragazzi.. bravissimi!!!!
the best Pinsa I have ever eaten, excellent and very digestible dough you can feel the long leavening, various and original seasonings, excellent quality raw materials .. the delicious fried, super recommended the fillets of cod and vegan arancini ... the all seasoned with kindness and courtesy ... the whole Italian and young management ... excellent quality / price ... this has become my trusted pizzeria !!! keep it up guys .. very good !!

Alla fine di una lunga giornata ci siamo voluti regalare un pò di pizza e qualche fritto in zona. Stavano chiudendo e sistemando ma, alla nostra richiesta, hanno subito preparato in pochi minuti due pizze: fiori di zucca e alici e funghi con mozzarella. Stupende. Cottura giusta e impasto leggerissimo, gustoso.
Fritti eccezionali e fatti in casa.

WONDERFUL
At the end of a long day we wanted to give away some pizza and some fried food in the area. They were closing and arranging but, at our request, they immediately prepared two pizzas in a few minutes: courgette flowers and anchovies and mushrooms with mozzarella. Stupendous. Right cooking and very light, tasty dough.
Exceptional fried and homemade.

Per i fritti ho qualcosa da ridire in quanto nel menu compaiono varie opzioni di scelta ma di fatto tutte le volte che ho acquistato da loro mi é stato detto che era possibile ordinare solo la frittata di pasta cacio e pepe. Solo una volta era disponibile anche la frittata di pasta al ragù. I suppli buoni e con panatura croccante peccato che l'ultima volta sapevano un po' di bruciato. Inoltre nonostante abbia sempre prenotato almeno 2h prima, ho semrpe aspettato almeno 20 Min fuori dal locale per ritirare l'ordine. I prezzi alti per una semplice pizza. Nel complesso il posto é buono ma con molte cose da migliorare.
Roman-style pizza, thin and crunchy, very good. For the fried foods I have something to say because the menu shows various options of choice but in fact every time I bought from them I was told that it was possible to order only the omelette of pasta with cheese and pepper. Only once was the pasta omelette with meat sauce also available. The suppli are good and with crunchy breading, it was a pity that the last time they tasted a little burnt. Furthermore, despite having always booked at least 2 hours before, I have always waited at least 20 minutes outside the restaurant to collect the order. High prices for a simple pizza. Overall the place is good but with many things to improve.
