Arrivo questa mattina alle 12:00 e la ragazza mi dice di aspettare che lo avrebbero stirato sul momento. Totalmente inefficiente! I leave a dress to be ironed and on the day of collection (after 4 days of storage in the laundry) the lady tells me to come back the next day at 10:00 because they were unable to prepare it. I arrive this morning at 12:00 and the girl tells me to wait until they will iron it on the spot. Totally inefficient!

Ho portato il mio giubbino a lavare, sono andata a ritirarlo e l'addetta al banco mi ha semplicemente detto che andava bene, era pulito e pronto. Tornata a casa ho tolto l'imballaggio e ho ritrovato il giubbino con il pelo del cappuccio completamente strappato. Sono tornata per chiarimenti e oltre alla maleducazione della sarta mi è stato detto che se il danno c'è è colpa mia. Alla domanda perché non mi è stato mostrato il danno al ritiro, non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ora, ho dovuto completamente strappare il pelo per poter utilizzare il giubbino. Aspetto ancora spiegazioni. I REALLY dislike for the rudeness, dishonesty and quality of service. I took my jacket to wash, I went to pick it up and the clerk simply told me it was fine, it was clean and ready. Back home I removed the packaging and found the jacket with the fur of the hood completely torn. I returned for clarification and in addition to the rudeness of the seamstress I was told that if the damage is my fault. When asked why the damage to the withdrawal was not shown to me, I received no answer. Now, I had to completely rip off the hair to be able to use the jacket. I still wait for explanations.

Causa lavaggio sbagliato mi hanno rovinato un giaccone in particolare la cerniera grande rendendolo inutilizzabile e pure confezionandolo in modo che non me ne accorgessi. Una settimana di inutili tentativi di parlare con la responsabile con le lavoranti che si sono sempre rivolte in maniera scortese e indicando una loro non responsabilità per questo tipo di danni. Purtroppo in questi casi il cliente subisce e basta. AVOID THIS PLACE UNTIL YOU ARE ON TIME! Because of the wrong washing they ruined a jacket in particular the large zipper making it unusable and also packaging it so that I would not notice it. A week of useless attempts to talk to the manager with the workers who have always addressed in a rude way and indicating their non-responsibility for this type of damage. Unfortunately in these cases the customer just suffers.
c	crisssatnic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quasi la migliore se non fosse per i tappeti che sono un po piu cari rispetto ad altri, ma se non fosse per questo li darei 5 stelle, sono i migliori e anche il prezzo per il bucato e il migliore. Almost the best if it weren't for the carpets which are a little more expensive than others, but if it weren't for this I would give them 5 stars, they are the best and the price for the laundry is also the best.
A	Arianna De Marchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza orribile, hanno perso la cintura di un abito che avevo lasciato a lavare ed hanno distrutto una camicia di seta nonostante mi fossi raccomandata di trattarla con cura e che se non fosse stato possibile l'avrei portata via senza problemi, ho esposto un reclamo e non sono mai stata ricontattata per un rimborso o almeno delle scuse, quando sono tornata a chiedere spiegazioni mi hanno detto che il capo non aveva alcun danno e me l'hanno restituita senza alcuna spiegazione. La camicia è bucata in più punti. Inoltre lavata e stirata in modo indecente, sembra appena uscita dalla centrifuga. La professionalità non sanno nemmeno cosa sia, non affidategli capi delicati finireste solo per buttare soldi e abiti, non sanno fare il loro lavoro. Horrible experience, they lost the belt of a suit I had left to wash and they destroyed a silk shirt even though I was advised to treat it with care and that if it was not possible I would take it away without problems, I filed a complaint and I have never been contacted for a refund or at least an apology, when I went back to ask for an explanation they told me that the garment had no damage and they returned it to me without any explanation. Professionalism does not even know what it is, do not entrust them with delicate clothes you would end up only throwing money and clothes, they do not know how to do their job.
G	Giuseppe Ronchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa arrogante. Non applica lo sconto dipendenti del centro commerciale, rinfacciando il fatto che magari neanche gli altri negozi lo applicano. Oltretutto i servizi non sono più veloci e sempre disponibili come tempo fa (vedi servizio sarta).
G	Giovanni Magnabosco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In generale mi sono sempre trovato abbastanza bene. I prezzi sono buoni ma bisogna prestare attenzione quando si portano i propri capi a lavare. Ogni volta mi trovo costretto a specificare di non cambrettare le loro etichette su camicie e maglioni. Non capisco perché lo facciano, così si rovinano i capi. Solo una volta mi è capitato di dover ritornare più volte perché non avevano pulito bene una giacca imbottita e successivamente avevano rovinato l’imbottitura. Tutto è stato risolto, suggerisco più attenzione al personale. In general I have always found myself quite well. The prices are good but you have to be careful when taking your clothes to wash.
