Se proprio dovessi evidenziare una cosa, riguarda la spillatura dei cartellini anche direttamente sulla stoffa dei capi. Capisco che alcune volte non c'è alternativa ma in altre è solo perché non si cerca a fondo l'etichetta. Comodo anche il servizio di sartoria che trovo meno economico in proporzione al servizio lavanderia. Laconsiglio a tutti. My reference laundry. I have always found myself well. Friendly and helpful staff. If I really had to highlight one thing, it concerns the stapling of the tags even directly on the fabric of the garments. I understand that sometimes there is no alternative but at others it is just because you don't really look for the label. The tailoring service is also convenient, which I find less economical in proportion to the laundry service. I recommend it to everyone.

Sono sempre pieni e ogni tanto ce fila, nulla di ché giusto 3/4 persone per volta. La sarta è molto gentile. Nel periodo attuale hanno aumentato i prezzi, ma visto i rincari va anche bene, lo dico da imprenditore?? Riparazione eseguita sul lato sbagliato della camicia, di conseguenza camicia irrecuperabile. Servizio di sartoria raccapricciante. 0 stelle. 1 Star only because 0 is not possible. Per lavare i vestiti mi hanno chiesto 5 euro l uno quando sul listino c'era scritto 3! Un vestito me l hanno ridato sporco come l'avevo portato. Stesse macchie! L'altro me l hanno scolorito! Meritano di fallire! I brought 2 dresses to hem and they asked me for 15 euros per dress! Just to cut and sew a very simple hem. Con mio enorme stupore, il giorno di Natale, mi accorgo che il giaccone aveva un buco. Ovvero era saltato un bottone e si era formato il buco. Quindi non mettibile. Oggi primo giorno utile, ho prima chiamato intanto per avvisare e già ho sentito un tono diffidente...poi mi sono recata alla lavanderia...e con mio grosso rammarico non hanno ammesso l'errore.... addirittura mi hanno proposto di per venirmi incontro una riparazione dal calzolaio. Un uomo intervenuto successivamente ha detto che era impossibile fosse responsabilità della lavanderia, ma colpa mia che avevo allentato i bottoni.Di riportare il giaccone dove lo avevo acquistato. Non ho bisogno di elemosinare nulla, solo di correttezza, è vero che loro si tutelano con mille avvisi, ma non è giusto. Sicuramente hanno perso un cliente, a loro non cambierà nulla, ma non siamo solo numeri. Customers for years, I wear a branded duvet and put it twice to remove stains.
