Dopo aver atteso quasi 2 mesi per il lavaggio del mio piumone e aver avuto per 3 volte garanzia che mi venisse consegnato entro una data stabilita, ne ho chiesto la restituzione senza che fosse lavato perché avevo timore che lo facessero velocemente e con metodi aggressivi di asciugatura che avrebbero danneggiato un capo così delicato; ma non mi è stato concesso: hanno lavato e asciugato il mio piumone in mezza giornata consegnandomelo ancora umido. Io ho vissuto tutto questo come una violenza perché avrei voluto essere libera di decidere come e dove il mio piumone fosse lavato e queste persone con il loro comportamento mi hanno tolto questa libertà.
 It was one of the worst experiences of my life. After having waited almost 2 months for the washing of my duvet and having had 3 times a guarantee that it was delivered to me within a set date, I asked for it to be returned without being washed because I was afraid that they would do it quickly and with aggressive drying methods that they would have damaged such a delicate head; but I was not allowed: they washed and dried my duvet in half a day, delivering it still damp. I experienced this as a violence because I wanted to be free to decide how and where my duvet was washed and these people with their behavior they removed me this freedom.
