★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimo l'acquisto dei prodotti caseari e non solo. Hanno tantissimi prodotti come anche vari tipi di pasta, risotti, biscotti, tè, marmellate, mieli, succhi, vini, farine, patate ecc..
I formaggi sono buonissimi, prezzo giusto e per un piccolo sovrapprezzo mettono i formaggi sotto vuoto.
Le signore che vi servono sono simpatiche e sempre molto competenti.
Andiamo almeno 6-7volte a Fondo alla latteria sociale... The best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, abbiamo comprato due formaggi con prezzi diversi e hanno messo tutto al prezzo del formaggio più costoso. Inoltre senza chiedere nulla hanno messo i prodotti in una busta di carta di piccole dimensioni fatta pagare 2,40 €!!!
E il formaggio è molto meglio quello della CISSVA in Valle Camonica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni caseificio della zona ha una sua specialità. Qua per me sono buonissime le salse ai formaggi da fondere, le caciotte al peperoncino o alle noci. Il grana ha diverse stagionature da poter scegliere.
Lo yogurt è speciale.
Tanta scelta di prodotti tipici anche dell'Alto Adige.

Così si è perso in abituale cliente di Merano

In Kaltern gab uns jemand den Tip mal die Latteria Sociale Di Fondo S.r.l. in Fondo zu besuchen.
Also zum Mendelpass rauf und dann noch ein paar Kilometer gefahren.
Es wird hier Milch angeliefert und Käse sowie andere Milchprodukte hergestellt. Jede Menge Käse sogar und in vielen verschiedene Sorten. Es wird jeden Tag Milch angeliefert und deshalb wohl auch jeden Tag weiter verarbeitet.
Ungewöhnlich für Deutsche Urlauber sind die Öffnungszeiten, Montag bis Samstag von 8.00 - 12.30 und 15.30 - 19.00 Uhr und am Sonntag von 9.00 - 12.30 und 15.30 - 19.00 Uhr.
Die Käserei ist am Ortsrand von Fondo an der SS42 Richtung Brez.
Neben Käse, Milch und Joghurt gibt es hier auch Honig, Marmeladen, Apfelsaft, alle möglichen Arten von Nudeln, Reis, Schinken, Salami und andere Wurstwaren, Bier, Wein und Eier.
Wir haben vor allem Käse und Nudeln eingekauft. Ehrlich gesagt viel Käse und viele Nudeln.
