It was a truly exceptional experience to follow all the production of Parmigiano Reggiano in all its phases from the delivery of the milk to the seasoning on the boards. The guy from the Consortium who led the guided tour was really available to answer all our questions. The owner of the dairy is a really exquisite person, as well as very nice
