★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellenti formaggi, alcuni di produzione propria. Però la ricotta è dichiarata di pecora ma non lo è. E poi peccato per il reparto salumi: invece di tenere salumi siciliani, che ce ne sono tanti dalle Madonie e dai Nebrodi, tengono robaccia dozzinale come quella di qualsiasi salumeria di terz'ordine.
 Excellent cheeses, some of their own production. However, ricotta is declared made from sheep but it is not. And then it's a shame for the cured meats department: instead of keeping Sicilian cured meats, which there are many from the Madonie and Nebrodi, they keep cheap rubbish like that of any third-rate delicatessen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato in questo latticini la treccia affumicata (squisita cacciava o latt), un formaggio di pecora delizioso (400 gr), una vaschetta di stracciatella ottima e una caciotta buonissima (800 gr circa) Tutto al modico prezzo di 15 euro... ci tornerò per provare le altre cose... speriamo che saranno buone!!!
We bought in this dairy the smoked treccia (exquisite hunt or latt), a delicious sheep's cheese (400 gr), a tub of excellent stracciatella and a very good caciotta (about 800 gr) All at the modest price of 15 euros ... I'll be back to try the other things ... hopefully they will be good !!!
