★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastano poche parole per definire questo caseificio: conduzione familiare, allevamento con pascolo naturale e relativo latte ESCLUSIVAMENTE di proprietà. Mozzarella saporitissima, ricotta stellare (si scioglie in bocca, provare per credere), caciocavallo che aspetta solo di essere "impiccato". Vasto assortimento di prodotti caseari. Nota di merito: "U CASIDD", provare per credere. Ogni altro commento è supefluo, bisogna solo andare, fare un assaggio e portare il loro ORO BIANCO a casa.
A few words are enough to define this dairy: family management, farming with natural pasture and relative milk EXCLUSIVELY owned. Tasty mozzarella, stellar ricotta (melt in your mouth, try it), caciocavallo just waiting to be "hanged". Wide assortment of dairy products. Note of merit: "U CASIDD", try to believe. Every other comment is superfluous, you just have to go, get a taste and bring their WHITE GOLD at home.
